This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer with 2nd Line Support experience to join an exclusive Global Media company based in London.
IT Support Engineer must have good knowledge of Mac OS x (Snow Leopard, Lion) as 85% of users are Mac users. You will also require experience/exposure to Google Apps.
IT Support Engineer who wish to be considered for this opportunity must display the following skills & expertise:
* 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support Engineer type role
* 1st & 2nd Line Support experience
* Good knowledge of MS Office & Windows XP/7
* Good knowledge of Mac OS X - Snow Leopard, Lion
* Experience/Exposure to Google Apps
* Knowledge of Active Directory
