Business Analyst urgently required for a 6 month contract based in Bradford and to start immediately. It is imperative that the candidate comes from a Financial Services background. You will have solid experience as a Contract Business Analyst and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to work with all levels of stakeholders (non technical and technical). You will have experience with project management methodologies.
You will ideally have some experience of gap analysis, process mapping and any FSA regulatory project experience would be beneficial (such as PPI or TCF).
You will work closely with all areas of the business to understand business requirements to produce project mandates, benefits cases, capturing business requirements, define and document any changes to existing business processes. You will have experience of preparing functional and non- functional specifications. You will have a forward thinking, methodical and analytical approach towards your work. Experience of the whole business analysis lifecyle is highly desirable. You will be used to working to an agreed framework and will have the ability to work to tight project deadlines and under pressure at times.
Based in Bradford this role is easily commutable from Leeds, York, Huddersfield, Halifax, Harrogate, Ilkley, Otley, Wakefield, Ossett, Normanton, Hebden Bridge, Mirfield, Brighouse, Wetherby and surrounding areas.
