Job Description:
· To assist the Facilities Coordinator with the establishment of a new office in Central London
· To assist with the move and settling in of staff into the new office
· To ensure the new office has all the necessary facilities for a productive working environment such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, stationery, tea, water, coffee, cleaning, rubbish disposal, office equipment, printer ink, etc
· To keep the kitchen clean and stocked with tea, coffee, water, milk, sugar etc
· To provide tea, coffee and water in meeting rooms and clear away afterwards
· To assist in dealing with security issues at new office such as issue of passes
. Liaise with and supervise contractors
Experience/qualifications:
· Some previous experience in running office facilities and/or administrative experience
