Senior Manager - Test OperationsA market leading global gaming company are looking for someone to join their truly world class team in Liverpool as their Senior Manager of their Test Operations

The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the leadership of specific Test Operations functions including Functional, Non-Functional, Compliance Testing, Test Engineering and Tools in providing innovative, efficient and effective testing services for interactive software products.

Management Skills/Qualifications:
· Educated to degree standard or equivalent - ideally IT/business related
· ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing (or higher) - desirable
· Prince 2 - desirable
· ITIL Foundation (or higher) - desirable
· High level of competency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or equivalent)

Experience:

Essential:
· 5+ years in a software development or QA/testing management role
· Software development or testing/QA methodologies, practises, nomenclature
· Extensive use of automation tools
· Utilising industry standard software metrics

Desirable:
· Interactive media/games industry experience
· Experience of working cross-culturally/globally an advantage
· International business travel experience
· Agile/iterative development and/or testing methodologies
· Working within a matrix structure
· Utilising off-shore QA resources
