Development Manager / Head of IT - London - Our client is a leading fashion retailer looking for a Development Manager looking to move in to a Head of IT role and take ownership of both applications development and service delivery. You will be the 'Face of IT' for the business and will require excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Within the IT Team, you will mentor and help the Development Team grow as well as managing the service delivery and IT helpdesk teams. You will have excellent people management skills, the ability to drive technical delivery and be well versed in ensuring that technology and business departments maintain close and strong working relationships. You will need to have come from a retail , service or another B2C sector.
