This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a rapidly expanding Technology IT Services Company, based in central London.

The 2nd Line support Engineer will act as an escalation point for the helpdesk function, while also be responsible for assisting on project work. You will work in a small team so will obtain hands on exposure to a variety of different technologies.


2nd Line Support Engineers who wish to be considered for this opportunity must display the following skills & expertise:

* 2+ years’ experience in a 2nd Line Support type role
* Solid experience with Windows XP, & 7/8 and MS Office
* Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2003/2008 & Exchange Server 2007+
* Networking experience with TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP
* Experience with VMware or Citrix would be very beneficial
