Technical Architect - CMS Integration/Semantic Layer/ECM
My client is a Global Publishing and Media organisation based in Central London who are currently going through a business wide transformation in the shape of building and integrating a global CMS solution.
I am currently recruiting for a Technical Architect to join this programme and provide technical design, leadership, assurance and management of the work as part of the wider team.
Candidates will need to have a strong grounding in bespoke development and working in development teams who follow a highly agile process. A strong technical grounding in J2EE or .NET application development is a necessity and the ability to lead technical teams.
Those with a very strong understanding of working in a heavily agile/TDD/DDD/BDD environment would be strongly preferred as the TA will lead on some of these activities.
As well as this there is the need for experience of CMS integration (ideally a COTS CMS system) at an enterprise level and an understanding of Semantic Layer creation/implementation.
This is a contract opportunity for an initial 6 month period with flexible rates. This role is extremely urgent and will interview at short notice.
