A well-established organisation are currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to support an on-going change programme within the group and to provide high quality business process analysis around a range of project-based initiatives aimed at boosting financial performance and delivering improvements across the wider business. Specific programmes of work will include debt collection systems replacement programmes aswell as projects focused upon call centre operations. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the business and process requirements for any given project are fully investigated and documented using structured methodologies. This role will also act as the liaison between project teams, business users and stakeholders regarding matters of functionality or scope, ensuring that any solutions are specified in line with business expectations. To be considered for this role candidates will be well educated and have significant experience in Business Process Analysis gained in a retail or financial services environment with experience of both tactical and strategic change. You will have strong process mapping skills and have a high level of proactive business engagement. Any exposure to Six Sigma would be advantageous although not essential. Above all you will be an excellent communicator, an effective team player and able to think creatively outside of the box. This role does have the potential to move into a permanent role aswell.
