Our leading brand Mortimer Spinks, based out of our stunning Heron Tower office are looking to grow the Business Support division considerably over the next few years. The division, specialising in Marketing, HR, Finance and Office Support was established in 2010 to supplement our hugely successful Technology business, and has been very positively received by clients across the region as a result of our commitment to providing a quality, market-leading service.
Throughout the next couple of years we are committed to expanding our coverage in these sectors across our network, which will create excellent prospects for a Temporaries Consultant.
You will be responsible for recruiting into new and existing clients, with duties including:
* Attract and match candidates to contract/temporary opportunities, against a pre-qualified job specification
* Source and qualify candidates including face-to-face interviews to assess their suitability for roles.
* Liaise with clients over job specifications, actively consulting with them to assess candidates successfully.
* Business development and marketing activities to secure new business, whilst cross-selling other service offerings.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate the ability to actively consult with clients. You must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to demonstrate a track record of hitting targets - the ability to sell and build relationships with clients and candidates is essential. Experience of the HR or Marketing sectors would be an advantage for the role but is not essential.
