MS&L Lead Analyst
£40K - £50K per annum

MS&L Lead Analyst is required by my client to act as the IT subject matter expert for the Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply applications in the UK Fuels Value Chain and International Businesses.

Key accountabilities include:
* Lead and coordinate local project, functional enhancement and service improvement activities and to participate in major UK projects and programmes related to the MS&L applications used within the UK FVC.
* Measure, report and continually improve end-to-end service delivery and risk management.
* Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to manage business satisfaction and adherence to agreed processes and to anticipate future service delivery requirements.
* Act as a liaison between the business and internal / external technical service providers with the ability to communicate on a technical and business level.

Key responsibilities include:
* Help design and take accountability for an end to end support model for UK terminals and transport operations.
* Manage a process to review problem cases within the specific incident and problem management tool, chasing and escalating in order to ensure delivery.
* Manage relationships with key vendors in conjunction with procurement to ensure that the client’s requirements are delivered and performance is tracked.
* Provide a centre of expertise in support of projects affecting terminals’ infrastructure and applications.
* For business embedded MS&L applications take ownership of the support models and deliver specific agreed IT responsibilities.
* Establish and manage operational and service level agreements in liaison with the UK business and third party vendors and partners, reviewing on a regular basis.
* Deliver risk reduction, service improvements and cost efficiencies through detailed knowledge of the MS&L applications and third party contracts, analysis of performance and cost data and interaction with the vendors.

Desirable experience includes:
* Degree in IT or equivalent.
* ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
* Ability to gain the co-operation and confidence of the internal business personnel and external third party service providers.
* Experience of the PMP project lifecycles and an ability to author and review technical documentation.
* Understanding / knowledge of ISP (Sales. Movements, Accounting and Business Objects) or other ERP application.
* Experience in service delivery management, working within an outsourced / offshore support model and managing 3rd party relationships and service level agreements.
