Retail Head Office Lead Analyst
£40K - £50K per annum
Retail Head Office Lead Analyst is required by my client to act as the IT subject matter expert for the Retail Head Office applications in the UK, with particular focus on the Loyalty application.
Key accountabilities include:
* Leading and coordinating local projects, functional enhancements and service improvement activities.
* Measure, report and continually improve end-to-end service delivery and risk management.
* Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to manage business satisfaction.
* Act as a liaison between the business and internal / external technical service providers with the ability to communicate on a technical and business level.
Key responsibilities include:
* Work closely with the UK Marketing business to turn business requirements into IT delivery.
* Define the support model and keep this and other documentation up to date.
* Undertake demand management and liaison with European counterparts on changes.
* Review Loyalty problem cases within the specific incident and problem management tool, chasing and escalating in order to ensure delivery.
* Take ownership of the support models and deliver specific agreed IT responsibilities. The initial focus for this activity will be the Loyalty application.
* Establish and manage operational and service level agreements in liaison with the UK business and third party vendors and partners, reviewing on a regular basis.
* Deliver risk reduction, service improvements and cost efficiencies through detailed knowledge of the Retail Head office applications and third party contracts, analysis of performance and cost data and interaction with the vendors.
* Work flexibly across UK Applications domain, using proven analysis skills and business knowledge to work with and support other members of the team by leading and co-ordinating activities or information requests.
Desirable experience includes:
* Degree in IT or equivalent.
* ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
* Ability to gain the co-operation and confidence of the internal business personnel and external third party service providers.
* Experience of the PMP project lifecycles and an ability to author and review technical documentation.
* Understanding / knowledge of SAP (Retail, BW, Finance, Merchandising).
* Experience in service delivery management, working within an outsourced / offshore support model and managing 3rd party relationships and service level agreements.
* Understanding / Knowledge of Retail Site Operations and Fuel Systems.
