Management Information Analyst

We are currently looking for a MI Developer / Analyst to work Liverpool as part of our large IT Department. Your main responsibility will be to work within the MI Team to produce, circulate systemic and ad-hoc management information. These reports are critical to monitoring our success and managing our service levels to our clients and customers both internal and external.

Main Areas of Accountability:
·MI Analyst Responsible for the production of Management reports in line with stakeholder requirements and deadlines
·Working with the MIS Team to improve and advance reporting
·Providing support and guidance to the end users on interpretation of reports
·Ensure specific KPI reports are produced to deadlines as specified
·Design, creation and development of new reports
·Production of specific reports to highlight risks, trends and issues
·Use of reporting tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, Business Objects, MS Excel and MS Access
·Production of Live data reports
·Monitoring of automated processes, resolving any issues that might occur
·Migration of report between reporting platforms including the redevelopment of existing reportsKey

Requirements:
·Strong working background and knowledge and in IT Systems (Oracle/OBIEE/Access/Excel/Business Objects, MicroStrategy)
·Ability to analyse information, using a range of data to build up a picture of the situation
·Required to take personal responsibility for delivering results
