IT Service Delivery Manager - £45-55k -ITIL: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a leading organisation based in Milton Keynes. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure that all the SLAs are being achieved by managing internal services and 3rd Party Services. Will champion and promote service improvements on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT Services, will hold regular Service Reviews and review KPIs.
As the ideal candidate you will be ITIL V3 certified, customer focused, with extensive 3rd party supplier management experience. You will have proven leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring staff in order to strive for continuous improvement. The environment is ITIL aligned and is extremely busy. You must therefore be able to stay calm under pressure, delegate effectively and passionately lead your team to success. .

- To ensure that IS services are performing to the required level
