Interim HR Programme Manager required to join my client at a very exciting time as they are going through a comprehensive strategic review of the organisation. Leading the programme of HR activities the role will have a HR systems bias and someone with excellent project management and process mapping skills is required to manage a portfolio of HR projects including:
- HR systems
- Pensions / auto enrolment
- Review of MI reporting methods
- Development of E-learning
- Management development programme
- Review of pay and benefits
- Introduction of competency based framework for appraisals
This is not a generalist HR role. My client is looking for an accomplished HR Project Manager with excellent analytical and systems skills and the role is paying between £380 and £410 per day for the right individual. The role is based in central Manchester and will last for around 6 months.
