Health & Safety Consultant -
Paying upto £39,000 + Excellent benefits including Life Assurance & Pension
Location : West Yorkshire
My client is well-known financial services businesses who are immensely proud of their rich and diverse heritage and of the employees. At present they are currently looking to recruit a Health & Safety Consultant to be based from their Head office in West Yorkshire.
This current role will sit within their Property Services team with the Services Directorate, and reports to the Property Services Manager. The team consists of 15 people and is responsible for the facilities management, space planning and property maintenance alongside Health & Safety.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence current H&S policy and procedure, bringing fresh point of view to the service provision. There will be a requirement to work with colleagues from all levels of the business, and also with external third parties, including Health & Safety Executive and an outsourced transactional provision.
Skills and attributes
Relevant Degree or NEBOSH
Experience of working within complex businesses experiencing major change
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
