A large, national organisation, currently going through a period of exciting growth is looking for a Regional HR Projects Advisor to help support the South Wales, Coventry and London areas. The Regional HR Projects Advisor will be experienced in all areas of HR but will have particular strengths in recruitment and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide advice, guidance and support to all managers on all HR related matters including performance management, staff management & development and compliance issues
· Offer advice and guidance to all employees in regards to policies & procedures, reward & benefits, well-being & support and learning & development
· Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice to meet the needs of the business
· Support Managers with all employee relations issues and including grievances, disciplinarys and capability investigations and hearings
· Support and develop recruitment campaigns by assisting in the shortlisting process e.g. attending, managing & facilitating assessment centres

Key Skills & Experience:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent
· Experience of managing high volume, complex cases through to dismissal stage
· Generalist HR experience in a multi-site organisation
· Excellent working knowledge and proven experience of employee relations, UK employment law, HR best practice and compliance
· Liaison with trade unions is desirable
· Valid holder of UK Driving License

You will already have experience in a Senior HR Advisor role within a complex organisation. You will be confident, proactive and positive in your approach with highly developed advisory skills. This role will involve travel to multiple sites around the South Wales, Coventry and London areas. All applicants must be available for the full length of the contract (with a view to the role going permanent) and must be available to commence employment in the next 2-3 weeks.
