This is a superb opportunity for an experienced interim contractor to join a highly reputable organisation during a period of extensive change and re-organisation. You will work closely with line managers and support them with the internal resource plan and ensure that all internal applicants are considered for roles that may arise as a result of the changes happening within the business. There will also be hands on recruitment of a number of key positions

- Experience of resource planning
- Coaching Managers in interviewing techniques
- Successful candidates will demonstrate examples of setting up resource plans for organisations who currently have nothing in place
This role is until the end of December initially but may get extended to the New Year. Candidates need to be available to start in the next week and happy to travel to Gloucestershire for the duration of the assignment![]()
