Service Desk Analyst/ 1st Line Support/ NOC Analyst needed for managed services network team. You will be responsible for professionally and efficiently responding to and processing all incoming prospective/customer queries.You will offer first line technical support and escalate support issue to 2nd and 3rd line as appropriate. Take ownership of customer updates, ensuring that customers are regularly and fully updated on the progress of all logged support cases throughout their lifecycle and not giving cause for customer to chase. 12 months customer services / helpdesk experience ideally within ISP / Telecoms industry and must have previously worked in a shift pattern role. Experience of Broadband/ xDSL troubleshooting is essential. Willingness and ability to learn and retain technical areas and information required to support procedures, products and services (Internet access and applications such as E-mail, Firewall, Virus-Checking, VPN and IP routing).
