My client, a leading Oil & Gas company based in Swindon are looking for 3 PMO Managers to join their team.

PMO/ Project Manager to join the Marketing team on a temporary basis to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of global Products, Offers & Services.

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the Marketing Programme Director in implementing & running a comprehensive PMO to deliver the needs of the organisation.

Requires management of multiple work streams, defining deliverables, coordinating tasks with work-stream owners, reporting on status, managing risks & issues and engaging with project/steering groups.

Essential Skills:
* Project Management, in particular with regard to PMO controls, governance & compliance
* Planning consolidation & milestone reporting
* Experience in launching new projects / products
* Stakeholder Management
* Strong communication skills

Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of the energy industry
* Knowledge of lubricants
* Experience of global project management

Minimum qualifications:
* Prince 2/PMP or equivalent project management qualification
