My client is currently offering one of the best opportunities in Central Leeds for an experienced Business Analyst. You will have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a similar role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to represent the IT function within the wider business. You will meet with non technical people at all levels to understand processes. You will document this and feedback to IT.
Due to the IT element of this Business Analysis role you will understand IT Principles and will ideally have worked as a Technical BA in the past within an IT department. You will be responsible for reviewing all of my clients applications and creating a long term plan to renew architecture. You will work closely with all areas of the business to understand business requirements to produce project mandates, benefits cases, capturing business requirements, define and document any changes to existing business processes .
You will have a forward thinking, methodical and analytical approach towards your work. Experience of the whole business analysis lifecyle is highly desirable. You will be used to working to an agreed framework and will have the ability to work to tight project deadlines and under pressure at times. There is a lot of autonomy in this role and you will be involved in the project from inception, this is a brand new role within my clients company therefore a chance to mould the role into your own.
