My client is seeking a Network Support Analyst to become part of their small and technically skilled team. The successful candidate will be keen to join an organisation where you are actively encouraged to voice your opinion / contribute to moulding the future of the technology within this organisation. You will therefore have good communication skills and you will be passionate about technology.
The ideal candidate will have between 6 months and 3 years experience of working with Linux operating systems. If you have any experience of Red Hat or CentOS that will be advantageous but not essential. You will have experience of creating and configuring VPNs within a Cisco environment. Ideally you will also have good knowledge of IP addressing, TCP /IP networking and network security. You will be familiar with Linux servers and networking using linux servers. Qualifications are not required but some experience and exposure will be key. This role will see you working directly with the customer therefore you will have a good telephone manner and enjoy assisting and solving problems that may occur.
