IT Operations Manager - Hands on - Charity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious IT Operations Manager to join a leading and world renowned Charity in London.

The IT Operations Manager’s role will be split 70/30 between managerial tasks and hands on technical support. You will operate in a small team and therefore must possess a solid technical understanding of VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, Active Directory & SAN Storage.

IT Operations Manager’s must display the following skills & expertise:

- Solid managerial background, 2+ years
- Solid 3rd Line technical support background with project/implementation experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 & Active Directory
- Good knowledge of VMware, Citrix & SAN Storage
- Experience with Change / Problem / Incident Management
- Must be ITIL Certified (beneficial)
