HR Recruitment Coordinator - 12month FTC

This role is an excellent opportunity to combine HR and recruitment knowledge, skills and experience. My client is a leading service provider with a nationwide presence and they are currently seeking to appoint an HR Recruitment Coordinator within the HR Service Centre. Your role shall be to provide efficient and knowledgeable advice on recruitment best practice, coordination of recruitment campaigns and all recruitment related administration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all aspects of recruitment from candidate generation through to assessment and selection
· Advise on recruitment best practice and the recruitment process including job profiles, banding , terms and rewards & benefits
· Manage and undertake all recruitment related administration
· Ensure queiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders are managed and responded to quickly and efficiently
· Support the HR Operations Helpdesk and other teams within the shared service centre during peak times of business
· Support and complete recruitment related projects and assignments
Key Skills and Attributes:
· Experience within a shared service centre or in a busy, challenging environment is desirable
· Awareness of recruitment best practice and HR policies
· Previous experience in the use of HR/Recruitment systems is desirable
· Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
