Managing Director - North West - £70,000 to £85,000 base + OTE + Benefits
A genuinely exciting opportunity to take the reins as Managing Director of a successful software business, and to continue to grow and develop an industry leading commercial software product. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the business and continue to maintain and further develop the success and growth they have enjoyed to date.
As MD you will have responsibility for overall operation of the business and bring demonstrable experience of successfully doing this previously.
To be successful, previous experience of managing a product based software business is essential. The role will ultimately include full P&L responsibiltiy, business strategy, the daily operations, sales and marketing, and product development to name just a few areas.
As Managing Director you must be a strong leader of people and be able to effectively manage a wide variety of people and personalities, motivating and inspiring them towards a common goal.
