ITIL Enterprise Operations Management Analyst required for our Docklands based engineering client. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure, and report any activity that may lead to a drop in service. You will translate technical issues and business requirements into SLAs/KPIs and actions for a managed service provider. You will also work closely with analysts to define regular data feeds from a managed service provider with a view to an infrastructure monitoring and reporting capability. Ideally candidates will have experience working in a NOC and have excellent experience dealing with a range of stakeholders. You must have experience of SCOM, event management, Citrix Monitoring Edge-sight, VMWare, NetApps / Storage Systems monitoring and network monitoring. You must be ITIL certified.![]()
