My client a leading Media company based in London are looking for a Programme PMO to join their team.
Programme management officer or project manager who is experienced in establishing programme strategies and controls required for a 3 month contract to support the completion of the Definition stage of a large, complex procurement and business change programme. The role will sit within the Programme PMO.
Duties
· Managing risks and issues
· Updating actions
· Updating programme documents (eg programme governance framework, programme organisation)
· Preparing resource forecasts
· Information management and configuration management
· Updating ms project plans and planning documents (Product Breakdown Structure)
· Updating and capturing Lessons Learned
· Preparing performance reports
· Preparing for End Stage Review
· Ad hoc tasks
Essential
· PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
· Demonstrable experience of applying best practice project and programme management, risk management.
· Produces documentation to a professional standard
· A flexible approach
· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· Attention to detail
· MS Project
Desirable
· MSP Practitioner
· Configuration management experience
· Experience of the Gateway Review process
· Experience of working on large, complex change programmes.
· Visio
Candidates need to have strong examples of best practice and an extremely high level of attention to detail for this role as they will be compiling very high profile documents.
