My client is a professional service business experiencing positive cultural change and has an opportunity for a credible Business Partner to manage day-to-day generalist issues and drive forward varied HR initiatives. Based at Head Office with some occassional travel, your role shall be to build strong working relationships across varied corporate and professional support functions.
Key Accountabilities
Support managers in the application of employment law and company policy, in relation to Employee Relations casework to include raising management capability levels
Coach managers in relation to new Performance Management processes and guide them on the development of individual and business objectives in order to drive high performance levels
Manage HR and project activities to include; resource and succession planning, pay review and training activity
Partner senior members within your client group and align their people plan to core business objectives
Drive forward key change activity to include organisational design and restructure
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
· CIPD qualification
· Experience of working at a Business Partner level with a pro-active, commercial approach
· Proven track record of influencing change and raising management capability
· Strong knowledge of Employment Law
· Experience of working within corporate and professional, service led businesses
· Full driving licence
