MAC and Windows support analyst - London - Events /Leisure -£30-35K- required strong in Apple MAC and OS, Open Directory, ITIL Service Desk Operations and Windows Desktop Technologies (XP, Windows 7 and Active Directory) to join my clients busy and prestigious organisation. The chosen MAC and Windows Support Analyst will be required to work with the Systems Team and Service Desk Manager in the support , testing, training, documentation, problem management and change control of the inhouse Windows and MAC environments. To be considered all candidates must have experience supporting the following:
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (XP and Windows 7).
-Apple Mac and OS (Snow Leopard, Mountain, Lion Mountain
- Open Directory
-Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Active Directory and -Exchange 2010
-MacAfee anti-virus/ EPO systems
-Mobile devices including Blackberry, 3G cards ActiveSync and iPhone/ iPad technology![]()
