Harvey Nash Finance are currently looking to hire a Change Development Director, on behalf of our client, a major Financial Services brand.
The individual would have extensive experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management, and would ideally have great experience in transformational change.
They are looking for individuals ideally with Prince 2, P30, MSP, PROSCI qualifications who possess exceptional influencing skills towards key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure successful delivery of ongoing projects towards the ultimate goal of level 3 maturity against the P3M3 scale. It is very much a strategy based role where you will be tasked with bringing the division into line with best practice and improve levels of predictability + value for money of end-to-end change.
Knowledge of the Financial Services sector including regulation change is highly desirable, particularly in the insurance/protection and annuity streams.
They are willing to pay £80-110k + bonus + 10-12% car allowance plus all of the benefits you would expect of a role of this seniority.
