A well established organisation are currently seeking to recruit a Projects and Programmes Practice Lead to take responsibility for a pool of 20-30 Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects and programmes are delivered to time, cost, quality and benefits and that they are delivered in line with governance processes; ensuring that there is an end-to-end resource management process in place that clearly defines current and future resource demand across Projects and Programmes resource pools; and providing leadership and management of the Project and Programme Management and Business Analysis Pool, ensuring that development and training plans, skills matrix and regular 1-2-1s and PPAs are in place and happen in a timely manner.The appointed candidate will be experienced in the management of teams of project resource and will have demonstrable Programme Management/ Project Management/ Business Analysis skills, using recognised standards and methodologies such as Prince2, MSP or APM.You will be commercially minded with experience of bid management and delivery and will also be strong and budgeting to ensure that projects and programmes are delivered on budget and resource costs are aligned accordingly.![]()
