Desktop Support Analyst (2nd/3rd line) - contract to perm - London
Desktop Support Analyst required by my client based in Central London.The successful candidate will the Desktop Support team and provide support and assistance with lifecycle management and end to end desktop support of business applications. This role will encompass BAU support as well as some project work.
This role is initially a three month contract, with a view to going perm in 3 months.
In order to be successful the Desktop Support Analyst will need to be MCSE qualified and have experience of providing support on Windows XP/7, MS Office, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will also have experience of supporting Lotus Notes as an e-mail client as well as good knowledge of Citrix, and Blackberry (handsets and BES).
