3rd Line Support - ISP - VMware / SAN

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer with good Project / Implementation skills to join a global ISP, based in central London.

The 3rd Line Engineer must have a solid 3rd Line Wintel support background (AD, Windows Server, Exchange) and also have strong expertise with VMware & SAN.

Candidates who wish to be considered will preferably come from a previous ISP or Hosting background.

This role is split 70/30 between project work and BAU support so it’s imperative that you have Project & Implementation experience.

3rd Line Engineers who must display the following skills & expertise to be considered:

- Solid 3rd Line Support background, 4+ years
- Previous project experience (Implementation)
- Excellent knowledge of AD, Exchange & Windows Server 2003/2008
- Excellent knowledge of VMware
- Solid knowledge of SAN
- Experience with Linux (beneficial)
