An opportunity has arisen for a contract Project Manager to join a professional services firm in Leeds who are about to embark upon a full enterprise wide Microsoft upgrade.
The key purpose of the project is to take all legacy Microsoft applications/ databases and upgrade them to the most modern version, thereby creating a new platform on which to mature. It is VITAL that the successful has previous experience of successfully delivering a Microsoft project of this nature, and has the stakeholder engagement skills to do so without incident.
ESSENTIAL skills/ experience:
· Proven project management experience delivering Microsoft upgrades (Windows 7/ Office 2010/2013)
· Full project life cycle experience - PRINCE2 is very important
· Exceptional stakeholder management ability and diplomacy
· Highly capable communicator - engaging, tenacious, collaborative and enthusiastic.
· Sectors - financial services, professional services, legal, accountancy, big 4.
This project is part of a larger infrastructure programme meaning the successful applicant needs to be flexible in their approach, highly professional at all times and ultimately solution focussed, going the extra mile when necessary.
