Providing effective financial management and excellent customer service, my client is a dedicated and well respected organisation. They are now looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in providing efficient and effective operational and strategic support.
Key Accountabilities:
· Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of the HR strategy, helping to manage change and manage complex HR issues
· Support and advise the designated business areas to drive effective performance across their teams
· Support and advise on all employee relation cases and be responsible for the management of complex cases
· Drive recruitment initiatives and provide lead support to the successful execution of resourcing plans
· Advise on benchmarking and pay data queries and authorise pay increases within budget and salary guidelines
· Research, design and deliver HR training modules or initiatives on policy and best practice
· Provide MI information to the business
Key Skills & Experience:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent
· Proven experience in a generalist role within a commercial, fast paced organisation
· Proven of experience of managing change and delivering strategic HR initiatives
· Strong technical HR skills
· Experience of managing key HR projects
· Ability to build strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders
· Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
· Valid holder of UK Driving License
