The 3rd Line Engineer must come from a very strong 2nd and 3rd Line Support background as will require solid experience with technologies such as Windows Server 2008+, Exchange 2007/2010, Lync, AD, VMware and VOIP.
3rd Line Engineers who must display the following skills & expertise to be considered:
- Solid 3rd Line Support background, 2+ years
- Previous project experience
- Excellent knowledge of AD, Exchange 2007/2010 & Windows Server 2003/2008
- Good knowledge of VMware
- Experience MS Lync
- Experience with VOIP Telephony
