Sales Coordinator,Customer focus, SLA, Moves, Adds, Changes £25k + Benefits + Career Progression London Based A leading name within the managed services/telecoms market place requires a Sales Coordinator with experience of dealing with customers quotation and the processing of customer orders. The Sales Desk Co-ordinator is responsible for processing, closing and handing into Operations for all of the EMEA function in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with key Operational Level Agreements and metrics. In addition, the Sales Coordinator may be called upon to assist with more complex or large-scale solution and pricing exercises to provide 1st line support to Opportunity Management and the Technical Consulting teams providing knowledge and administrative support. Managing simple orders end to end from customer first contact through to the handoff to the technical service delivery teamsThe capture and qualification of technical requirements for simple adds, moves and changes for new and existing Liaison with both internal and external customers in order to ensure appropriate information is collected needs captured and documentation completed. Ensure that the systems are kept up to date for orders being worked on, such that the account manager and management team can view and report on orders in the system accurately.Arrange for appropriate technical documentation to be completed by relevant personnel.
