Network Operations Engineer (Shift) - CCNA, Routing, MPLS, OSPF, juniper £28,500 to £30k + £4k Shift Allowance + Training + Benefits - LondonA leading name within the managed services arena requires a strong Network Operations Engineer to work on the company's 24/7 Shift rota and assist with all mid to high level escalations The role:This position is shift based- 4 on 4 off An office based role providing a 2nd line escalation point to the Service Desk and practical hands-on support in the customer service centre to ensure that technical faults and/or requests are professionally responded to. Perform routine maintenance, monitoring and testing to maintain network integrity. Respond to Service Delivery tasks provisioning, modifying and deleting customer services.
