Project Coordinator, Customers orders, Carrier, order processing, coordination A leading name within the telecoms world requires a Project Coordinator with experience of dealing in provisioning, customer support and project delivery The role:This role is a customer facing role and requires amongst other things attention to detail, the ability to multitask, good time management, the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and be reliable.Also, to operate and contribute to the development of the Company's customer order handling/fulfillment processes & guidelines to ensure we outperform our competition & constantly exceed customer expectations.BackgroundIdeally a graduateIdeally from an ISP, IT Reseller or Carrier backgroundExperiencesMust have experience with at least 2 carrier products (virgin Media - National Ethernet, BT EFM, COLT, Openreach)Experience with carrier tools for ordering carrier circuits (either BT/ Openreach /EFM or Virgin Media Ethernet products) ideally be familiar with broadband services (ADSL)Worked with external customerGeneralStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Well organized and time management skills Enjoys customer interaction be a methodical and systematic worker with an eye for detail and administrative excellence.Self-starter capable of prioritizing his/her own workload and handling multiple tasks in parallel"Get the job done" attitude which may mean on occasion being prepared to work extra hoursComfortable with a high pressure, customer/sales led culture (preferably with some practical experience of working with sales people and direct contact with/exposure to customers).Comfortable with and proficient using PC based CRM software applications (training for our specific systems will be provided).Enthusiastic about contributing to a winning team providing unprecedented levels of service to our customersProject Coordinator, Customers orders, Carrier, order processing, coordination![]()
