Technical Support Analyst (1st, 2nd, Basic 3rd Line) - £30K - London - required strong in Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 2010, Blackberry Server and Devices (BES) to work for my growing professional services client in London.You will be working in a small team providing desktop and remote IT support to a small but demanding users located in offices all over the world.
To apply the chosen candidate must have experience supporting the following:
· Blackberry, iPhone, Android and tablet devices,
· MS Office 2010, MS Windows/Server
· Active Directory/ MS Exchange
· AlcatelLucent- telephone system & various network problems
· vMware vSphere/Infrastructure client
· Software/ Hardware upgrades (Ghost for Building machines)
Any candidates with experience in SQL Server, MAC OSX or VOIP is highly desirable. Please note all candidates applying must be flexible to work on call 24/7 in case of any IT emergencies.
