An excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst / Partner has arisen to join a fantastic organisation based in Putney, London.
The role will involve bringing together the technology, service and business operations, as well as utilising your excellent communication and documentation skills.
Whilst technically minded, you will be focussed on defining business requirements, documenting and creating functional and non-functional specifications for changes, solutions and projects. You will be engaging with all levels of the business and your tenacity will drive you to identify issues.
·You will have 5+ years as a business systems analyst, with specific experience in business systems analysis, process engineering and process/organisational transformation
·Extensive prior experience conducting business analysis and requirements definition for CRM solutions including full life cycle implementation of enterprise CRM projects required
·Excellent knowledge of requirements modeling, Use Case Modeling, scenario modeling, process mapping, gap analysis, user acceptance testing
Key Responsibilities
·Build close relationship/partnership with stakeholders to drive delivery of information solutions for the business
·Analyse and assess business systems and procedures, document data flow between various systems, define interface requirements, create screen mock ups, conduct pilots for requirement discovery and finalization, develop process maps, use case models, logical ER/data models, data lineage and mapping
Highly self-motivated and self-directed with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment. Flexible and adaptable with regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
