Excellent opportunity to become a key member of the Business/Systems Analysis team of this fast growing company, working with Enterprise class packaged applications and their implementation within medium and large Utilities / Engery trading organisations based in the UK and Europe. Their products are used by companies responsible for 17% of the UKs Energy production and used to trade over £1billion worth of products.
You will be involved in the full life cycle of application selection and implementation. Your role will include requirement analysis, system/processes/solution design, implementation activities including business requirements testing, data set up, systems configuration, as well as supporting the Development and Testing teams.
You will also support the customer through UAT and provide ongoing support. The role may also include some delivery of training courses/walk throughs to customers when required.
To be successful, you will need 3 or more years experience in a System Business Analysis role and knowledge of the methodologies and processes, the ability to communicate concepts to a range of audiences. You will need to of worked within a Product focused company, maybe a Software House, through the full lifecycle. You will be able to document projects and work with Project Managers to make sure projects/products are delivered.
Previous experience of the Utilities / Energy market is looked for here as you will need to assimilate a large amount of information about the Energy industry.
This role is based in Solihull, on a business park, just off the M42. The role is offering between £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits.![]()
