Portfolio Manager is required by our client to deliver a programme of work across multiple technology areas. The role sits within their Project Delivery function which is made up of technical, project and business specialists and is a centre of excellence for delivering business and technology driven change projects. The Portfolio Manager role reports to the Head of Project Delivery and is accountable for the leadership, direction and delivery performance of a team of project managers, the management of key stakeholders, setting the mid to long term professional objectives of the team ensuring professional standards are maintained and ensuring that the skills and knowledge of the team are aligned with the company’s business requirements. You will require experience in senior operational management, advising and reporting within public or private sector organisations, providing Broadcast systems, Desktop/Server and Corporate systems. You will be managing budgets of £10M plus and will ideally Prince2 and ITIL Certified.
