The role:To provide proactive leadership, personally and through the team of leading large complex bids through to successful closureInfluencing the structure of deals to ensure optimum commercial valueWorking as an integral part of the sales force, effectively leading all parties through a professional and structured bid processTo ensure, through the team, consistent processes, tools and documentation are implemented across all bids.Provides clear direction to the teamThrough the demonstration of own specialist knowledge and expertise, provides effective mentoring and coaching to maximise the performance of all members of the team.
