Our client is an £80m revenue business looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join an established but ambitious business. The successful candidate will have in excess of 5 years experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong track record of full-lifecycle project delivery in a corporate systems integration environment.
This role requires a solution focused self-starter with excellent problem solving, communication and team skills. The ability to deliver working software to project timelines is essential. We are particularly looking for candidates that can demonstrate their technical development capability, whilst also being flexible and capable of taking on all aspects of the delivery process: e.g. running workshops to gather and document requirements, or deploying to components to production systems. This role will involve working with stakeholders at all levels within the business, as well as, third-party suppliers.
The Skill-set is as follows:
· 5+ years' experience with a solid track record in developing complex multi-tier systems and integrations.
· Extensive experience in C# utilising Microsoft .NET Framework v4.5 with Visual Studio 2010 / 2012.
· Extensive experience with SQL Server 2012/2008/2005 and ideally, SSIS.
· Solution focused self-starter and an ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills.
