IT Technician - Permanent Opportunity - Preston - Competitive Salary
A well-established legal organisation based in Preston is looking for a hard-working and service orientated IT Technician.
The successful IT Technician will have previous experience of working within professional services or legal industry within an IT capacity, and a working knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft Office 2003-2010, Microsoft Operating Systems and Legal-specific systems (Practice / Case / Document Management).
The ideal IT Technician will have experience of troubleshooting problems, understand/identify the problem and resolve promptly to the satisfaction of the client. Have experience providing face to face support on hardware technology such as computers, printers and mobile devices, logging all request into the call management system (SupportWorks).
Would you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment within a STAND ALONE role? Are you knowledgeable in PC Security, PC Hardware, Back up maintenance and moving IT equipment? Do you have great inter-personal and time management skills?
