Interim Head of HR required to join an international business who is about to embark on an exciting change programme. Managing 2 specific areas of the business the role will provide a business as usual HR service to c2000 employees on an international basis and be responsible for delivering HR projects that are initiated at group/board level. Working in a complex structure the role has several reporting lines and is responsible for managing around 10 employees split over numerous locations in the UK. This is a highly operational and hands on role for a credible and influential HR professional who is not afraid to challenge managers where needed. The role is starting in the next 2-3 weeks and candidates must be available then and will last for 12 months. The successful candidate will have operated in a large complex global service orientated business (essential) and will have international experience (desirable) and managed exec payroll (desirable) and managed shared services functions (desirable). This role is based in Warwickshire and candidates need to be willing to travel there daily.![]()
