Business Support Analyst / operational support / service delivery / reference data
Key responsibilities:
The team will provide support to all functions within technology services
·Process definition, review and any subsequent implementation and changes
·Assist in planning and estimating project resource requirements across technology services
·Project co-ordination, implementation and delivery
·Identifying and organising system enhancements
·Identifying and organising automation of reports
·Business analysis and UAT testing
·Project Reporting (customer and internal readiness)
·Management reporting (KPI reports)
·Documentation updates
·Facilitating training and development
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
*Strong project management experience /skills
*Strong analytical skills
*Good inter-personal skills, including working with remote teams
*Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment and to multitask and prioritise effectively
*Business and technical knowledge of market data/trading services provided by the Exchange
*Team Leader experience
