Business Analyst - eLearning & Personnel - Business Analyst is required by our Retail client based in Hertfordshire. We need a Business Analyst to work on a personnel and training initiative and an eLearning system implementation that will introduce a number of enhancements to their current system. We need a well rounded Business Analyst that is able to perform "as is" and "to be" process documentation, requirements gathering and functional documentation.
