Reporting to the development manager, you will help improve the quality and increase the spped of IT Development whilst retaining appropriate control. As Lead, you will develop a team of IT developers who are specialist in bespoke interface technologies (web related technologies, C# and CMS).
Responsibilities:
Managing the workload of a team of developers.
Responsibility for IT development deliverables.
Working as a mentor.
Driving a co-operative relationship with the marketing department.
Customer Interface Development.
Being an SME for web technologies, CMS and relevant technologies.
Working closely with the solutions architect on technology roadmap, project solutions and systems upgrade.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Planning, organisation and management skills.
Ability to motivate a team.
