PCM Consultant
My client, a leading insurance organisation, is currently seeking a PCM consultnat to join for a sort, all expenses paid, 4 week contract.
Responsibilities for PCM consultant
The consultant will support the delivery of stage 1 through working directly with the local user SME and Infrastructure specialists to:
· Advise on the build of the infrastructure (server configuration and connectivity)
· Installation of the software
· Configuration of the software
· Work with Infrastructure team to ensure the application and the servers are properly backed up
· Provision of support documentation
· Migration of user IDs and models
· Support of system and user acceptance testing
· If agreed: support the upgrade of the EPO DB server to a supported OS and ensuring the application continues to work correctly
